how tough is matt murphys on being under 21? i was told if i went before 9 and chilled they wouldnt kick me out. if anyone knows the deal thatd be appreciated. take it easy

Who are you trying to see? Bars are much pretty for 21+ in my experience. I have seen people get booted and the owner get bent.

it's hit or miss with Murph's. Most of the time there's no bouncer and you can just walk right in, but recently there's been a guy carding at the door. Your chances are 50/50 so if u live near it's worth a shot.

in my experience and what ive noticed from bars in chicago. if you get to there early enough when there is no bouncer and if you don't try to order any alcoholic drink, most time you'll be looked at as just another customer. even if you get thirsty, order a soda and pretend you are the dd.
