In order to take photo's at the MMJ+POPS concert you will need to be a photographer that is backed by some magazine or newspaper.

Photo's can be taken in the after or perhaps preshow concert with concent from press department.

:lol: Why do you sound like you reading this from thier rulebook? It's a little cryptic. I think every venues states that there is no recording equiptment. Oh well.

I think the pre-/post-show concerts may be doable, since they aren't in concert hall itself (they're in other rooms in the Symphony Hall building). I'm going to be there tonight, and I'll let you know how it looks for tomorrow.

No problem taking photos, as far as I can tell. Lots of people using phone cams and small digital cameras, and even SLRs (and they didn't look like press).

If you had a couple mics on your hat and you stood in the front, you could probably tape the after-party...

I took a bunch of pics, all with no flash of course. I did use a flash at the Slip show after.

I'll post some pics at some point.....
