Pretty pumped to see SMMD next week in Burlington. Has anyone seen the opener Land of Talk before? I was just on thier myspace page, they sound interesting.

At the Parima show Brian had his own set, right after Joe Adler and right before Nathan. I thought he was awesome and I told Nathan he should bring him back next time he comes to VT. It was a great night of music all around.

I'd take 2001-2004 Slip over just about any band out there today. That was a magical time for me. How do you convert a 24-bit recording? My FLAC software is not handling it. Out of curiousity, what's the difference between 24bit and 16bit (other than 8bits..)? Benefits from one to the other? I can play the FLAC files through an alternate software but can't convert them to WAV for buring on disc....

I would love to hear that matrix of the late night show. The audience copy I have is a little chatty, although that guy looking for a ride home was hilarious. It was a great show just the same.
