theres a bill being discussed by the baltimore council banning smoking in public. i think it only involves bars and restaurants. i would be shocked if this passed. Personally, I think that's a good thing. We did it in Boston and I love it. Now when I come home from the 'Dise or Harper's I don't ree...

New rule
I don't care why urinating/defecating on the street is illegal or when it was made illegal. For the sake of MY argument, it is all irrelevant. Yes, for the sake of your ORIGINAL argument ("this new rule is a bad thing") it may be irrelevant. But at this point in our long and winding road ...

"It hounds us," said drummer Andrew Barr ....and that's how the (jam band) label probably got adhered to us. We never felt akin to that stuff. " "I don't mind being called an indie band, but I do mind being called a jam band," Friedman said I know the term "jamband&quo...

There's no town in America (<-shamelessly unverified fact) where you can drink in a public place, but nobody seems to care about that. Sounds like you need to take a trip to NOLA boy! Not only can you go into a bar with a beer in your hand, you can buy a new beer and walk back out on to the street ...

The Belmont City Council voted unanimously... And while you're testing the limits in Belmont, you might try sneaking in some snide comments about bombs and such to the next TSA employee you see. You know, because they're fascists, too. That's completely different, though I'm assuming that you are b...
