Slip CD Cover Art? Is this from Rhapsody

I found this website with some good Slip cover art:

But this makes me wonder where some of these recordings are? Were these the live ones that used to be on Rhapsody? Anyone have these? The only one I have is a rip of 12/30/02. I have Lupos's of course from the CD, and I do have Bumbershoot and 11/28/03 as audiences but I'm guessing these were board recordings?
