SlipServer has been down for a week or so and will continue to be offline for about the next month.
I am in the process of buying a house and will be moving mid April.
Also I am really busy with getting ready for my son to make an appearance in June.

that's a nice house there jeff. cost of living must be much easier on the wallet down there because the asking price for a home like that up here would easily be about 100K more.
Yea the housing market is ridicules when you look at it all over the country. Supply and demand....
My good friend just build a house out in CA and it is smaller and only on .10 acres, but cost $500,000.
My wife and I have been looking for about 6 months now. I hate the market here in the charlotte area.
This is about 25-30 miles outside of Charlotte, but the area is growing fast. I think the Charlotte area is
the second fastest growing area in the country. The new houses they build these days are just shit and
I mean shitty. Very low quality houses, on less than a tenth of an acre, and the prices are outrageous.
If you want a home on any kind of land you have to buy a house build in the 1950s or spend 1/2 a mill.
Anywho, this isn't my dream house but it will be sufficient for the next 10years...
