Thanks to Mr. Hat for the CD's. Sorry about the cut All Blues, I believe
it would have gone back into Phase One as they often did in this era.
There doesn't seem to be a circulating .flac or .shn set so I wanted to
get it out there.

Amazing show, the second disc jam is epic. If anyone knows the source info or
has an uncut disc one please let me know. It was labled as 7/9 and as the
set was scheduled to start at 3AM on the 9th that is technically accurate
but since they played Tahoe Vista the next day and late-night shows are
traditionally labeled by the previous day 7/8 seems right and it is
what db.etree.org has listed.
