I love Your Party and Object and the opener, but the rest I thought was crap. Friends is tied with Fire It Up by Modest Mouse for worst songs of the year for me.

hm, favorites are a matter of opinion, yes? it's a personal thing. love what you will!

i haven't acquired much in the way of new albums, excepting radiohead - in rainbows, which i love. but my favorite discovery this year in general is the mother hips. the new album is good (kiss the crystal flake), but their old albums are way better (back to the grotto and shootout). since i'd never heard them before, they can be on my 2007 favorites list. :wink:
