Heard from the venue - the Station - that the JFJO/Life Effect show (9/27) might be canceled due to lack of interest. Ouch ! Think buying two tickets in advance would've made a difference? I only waited 'cause I had to make sure my 7-month old son would be able to go - just kidding (though he has heard Seansong from WWGiants), gotta make sure he's having an OK night before going out to fill my head with crazy and amazing sounds !

The show must go on !

I guess the show actually is canceled. NOT the bands decision.

What a disappointment! Would've been JFJO's first visit to Portland (or anywhere in Maine) and would've been amazing to hear the Life Effect!

So what's the story -- the venue just pulled the rug out because they hadn't sold any tickets? Sounds jerky.

You mean recent like last night? That was the only gig so far.

The venue canceled the show tonight. It really sucks for the people who wont find out until they pull up the venue. I had two people recording it as well.

Part of me refuses to believe it isn't happening -- I might have to call down there in a couple of hours just to satisfy myself.

So, yeah, did last night get recorded?
