that would be great. remember the webcast of the ontario show? I know Ive seen 3 tunes from that show at least. I bet there is other video too. a DVD would be sweet.

Someone should make a movie of a surprise me tour....backstage antics and interviews along with concert footage a la "Bittersweet Motel".

yah that show at Barrymore's was proshot in HD and the performances of the songs available are killer
ah you know they're just sitting on all this video, i wish they'd update the website at least and throw us a few vids or update the myspace page with a few new tunes
waiting for these once a year performances (that are way to difficult for me to get to) is killing meeee

Andrew Bird has a really nice Youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/andrewbirdmusic). more bands/artists should follow his lead.

Concert DVDs can be risky I think--they can be amazing (Okonokos, Jeff Tweedy's solo live DVD) or they can be terrible (Ween: Live in Chicago).

the barrymore's show looks like it was shot with 3 cameras, more or less as straight forward approach to the concert with minimal cuts, i like that approach
