I listened! Interesting to hear an interview with Marc, who always seemed a bit more press shy but seems like an interesting guy for sure.

Cool to hear they're still recording some stuff as The Slip, but I remember some banter about them having almost a full album in the can back when they did that small 2009 run, and none of that stuff ever saw the light of day. Plus they have a history of ditching old stuff. Maybe something will surface some day. Too bad they didn't do anything around the 10th anniversary of Eisenhower.

thank you for the link. good to hear marc acknowledge a desire to play that music. it’s easy to assume that they’ve moved on completely and i’m glad that that doesn’t seem to be the case.

still know better than to get too excited, but it’s nice to have a sliver of hope.
