Hello everyone, welcome back! My apologies, we were offline here for a few months. I had a router fail and then never set up the port forwarding again for an old server of mine. At that point this board was the only thing of note still running on it. I made a mental note to deal with it and then totally forgot until I went to look up Alivelectric here a few days ago and remembered that Sliplive was down, and had been down for months! I moved the whole shebang to Bluehost and updated the phpBB as well while I was working on it, so if you notice any errors or glitches please let me know.

I realize that this place is pretty dead due to all the newfangled social media these days but it is still a great repository so I'll try to keep it up for the near future at least. These days Slip fans have some other great places to congregate, and I put links up at the top for the Barr Brothers Official site, their spectacular new Patreon site, Nathan's Hippy Fiasco channel, and links for the totally awesome The SlipStream FaceBook & YouTube pages. The SlipStream has been a great development for Slip fans far and wide and if you aren't already a part you should join! Phrazz's venerable SlipBase is also linked, though there are some exciting developments behind the scenes to get the setlists more accurate with up to date info from the tireless Slip researchers.

Just saw that BAM is back and playing the JRAD fest at the Lockn' site in August. Fingers crossed for more dates!

I just reserved a hotel room 15 minutes away from the festival. Tickets go on sale at 10am this morning and I’m gonna be waiting eagerly to get mine.

I am in for Lockn'! Doesn't quite seem real on many levels, for one that the Slip are playing at all, or that I'm getting on an airplane and going to Virginia, been pretty locked down.

And Yes the Slipstreams have been awesome during these absolutely insane times we have been living through.

One more thing, the bots have been crazy and I have a TON of signups to work through (and need to figure out a way to get rid of them.) If you are a real person and can't get your acct. activated try to reach me if you have my number or Facebook, or if you are on the SlipStream FB just post there and I'll expidite your account registration.

no actually, starting to look like I can't go at all...but interesting spot! my hometown is Amherst, MA haha

is anyone here planning on camping or have experience doing so at the Lockn site?
