Brighton Music Hall, 5/15

Just bought my ticket. Anyone else going? I haven't seen the Brothers Barr since I think December, so this should be good. Hoping to hear a few new tunes, but we'll see.

I'll be there. Opener looks pretty interesting too - he did a Tiny Desk concert last week. I can imagine some interesting sit-in possibilities.

I listened to his stuff on his website and it didn't grab me, but I'm watching the NPR bit now. Sounds like it could be a lot of fun. I wonder what pedlolz he's using. Lots of fun looping stuff going on. Can't help but think he's a different take on an Andrew Bird type of thing, from what I've watched so far (and I'm not saying that that's a bad thing!).

Any Nathan sitings? There was a pretty clear SMMD reference on Facebook regarding tonight's show.

I just got back in from the show. I definitely did see Nathan. He was recording video the entire set. Then I spotted Jocie Adams standing next to me. Next thing I knew she was gone and up on stage. No Nathan sit ins, though. Still, it was a great show.

Yeah, I was kinda bummed that Nathan didn't come out from behind the camera too but I hear the stream was great. The band sure sounded good from where I was standing.
