Pipedream Productions proudly presents The Great Unknown SPRING EXTRAVAGANZA, May 20 & 21, 2005, located at the Hog Ridge Hollow Amphitheater outside Fayetteville, Arkansas. This two day music and camping celebration will be in the midst of the beautiful Ozark Mountains, 20 minutes outside of Fayetteville. Featuring an exuberating musical line-up of national, regional and local performers, tasty food and drink vendors, merchandise and artisan booths, kids-zone play area, non-profit exhibits, parades and much more.

In the spirit of the improvisation into the great unknown, a unique collaboration of All-Star players will be performing together for the first time. Featured at the SPRING EXTRAVAGANZA will be the “SPRING ALL-STARS” featuring Fareed Haque on guitar and keyboardist Eric Levy, both of Garaj Mahal, bassist Bobby Vega a one time player with Tower of Power and Steve Kimock Band, and drummer Andrew Barr from the Slip.

The SPRING EXTRAVAGANZA will also feature Austin's HAIRY APES BMX featuring Mike Dillon, a member with such ensembles as Garage et Trois, Les Claypool's Flying Frog Brigade. Rock fusionists MOONSHINE STILL from Macon GA, the dynamic Chicago based sextet FAREED HAQUE GROUP, Springfield, MO. rocksters SPEAKEASY, Fayetteville's ECKOBASE & Chicago's FUTURE ROCK performing a seamless late night set, the Ozark funk quintet FLIPOFF PIRATES, the Fayetteville flavors of MINKUS FINKUS, CHARLIEHORSE, SARAH HUGHES AND KEVIN BENOCH, Norman OK's SUGAR FREE ALL-STARS, FREAK SPEELY from Ft Smith and Little Rock's FREE VERSE.
