Wow - What a night. Truely unbelievable. Lots of family and friends in attendance. Andrew in the audience, but no Marc.
There were onstage mic's and I talked to the taper - first set didn't record correctly, but he thinks he fixed the problem for set 2. He took my contact info, so i'll obviously keep everyone updated if the second set surfaces. Here's the setlist, any song I didn't know I put a "?" and threw some lyric I jotted down in parenthesis...:
Set I:
Shiver Intro (just the guitar melody)>
Predicting the Rain
Before You Was Born
Life In Disguise
I Hate Love
Wonderful World (Don't Know Much)*
? ("Remember when you were 9 years old....put that poster on your wall")
Paper Birds
Set II:
Sweet Thing**
Womb of the Mother Night
Through The Iron Gate***>
With or Without You
? ("man on fire")
Reddish Moon
Alsoa
^Modern Love
E:
Somethings Got to be Arranged
Sometimes There's Wine
Soft Warm Simple Wonder
*Sam Cooke - all instrumental, with audience taking on the vocals occasionally
**Van Morrison
***With Louie, Louie teases
^Brad excuses himself to the bathroom. "I just can't relax up here, I'll be right back"
Aside from the damn parking ticket it was a perfect night! Who's really cleaning the streets at 12:01am? Even a ticket can't take away from the night though. Very intimate, very good, and fully enjoyed by a full house (a small, but full house).

Hey Clinton - he was recording to a computer, and the computer ran into an error. He was also running sound for Brad, and I think his computer was running off the back of the stage to a back room - so he didn't see the problem until set break.
It's really a shame too - there were a lot of great moments in set I. Set II is full of them too, so hopefully it will surface. This guy (K.C.) seemed genuine in willing to help me out. It was a very tiny venue, and I think he's their normal sound guy....time will tell.
