June 21, 22

So i think the slip is going to play after the MMJ concert for both nights. The pre and post sets are general admission for all ticket holders, but the MMJ/Pops set is seated.

So whos going, i wouldnt mind going up for the 22nd.

What's the price-range like for tickets? (Couldn't find it listed, and you have to log in to get to the 'buy tickets' and I'm lazy.)

Edit: Nevermind. Curiosity won over laziness. In case anyone else is lazy: tickets range from $17-$55 depending on seating.

i'm not sure how they're going to go about promoting but i would think it'd be a good idea to have some people passing out handbills as other people enter. i'd gladly do this if grassroots paid for my gas money up there :P

Awesome.

I just got word that I'm going to be in RI for work the week of the 19th-23rd, so I immediately called to box office and got a ticket for the show on the 22nd.

See you there!

I'll answer myself and say that I'm pretty sure it seems like the slip is actually playing inside the pops?

that is fucking cool

there's probably a thread on this, but I just read that Jim James was dancing in the front of the slip show at Mt. Jam on Sun but I don't remember seeing him there......

nugg, tell me that shit didnt rock! god i wish i was there. these guys are freakin amazing. if there music doesnt move, i would would recommend checking your pulse.

the BEST thing that could ever happen to the slip, is if mmj took them on tour with them. well, besides releasing the album.
