Major Torrent Issues

i am completely shut down with the torrents. i currently use utorrent. worked fine for the longest time. but it appears that noone is seeding. i tried many other torrents, but theres no activity, even after leaving it on the whole day. i did try another torrent program temporarily (azures) to see if thered be any change, which there wasnt. i dont know if my internet info would help. i have msn, aol, verizon dsl provider, mozilla (which i use) and ie 6 (which you cant delete). I am worried there are some connection issues.

there is. you need to forward your ports.
