On the ticket it says the doors open at 8.
I'm sure it depends somewhat on the venue, but do y'all have any idea when the Slip will probably go on, and how late they will play?

great show last night. they started off with CoD, then played a bunch of new songs, that i'm sure i've seen the names of on here. plus soft machine, airplane/primitive, mudslide, life in disguise, I Hate Love, even rats encore. i feel like they played enough new stuff to fill up a cd, and all of the new songs sounded great. brad RIPS the acoustic.
the crowd was pretty good for the opening bands, but by the time the slip came on (probably 11:30-11:45), it started to clear out. by the time, they were done, it was close to empty. i guess, a lot of the fans came to see, gringo star, a local band. it sucked because i imagine if the crowd had been bigger, they would've played another encore song.
i'm not complaining at all though. my friends and i thought it was awesome. they're so polished. i hope they don't write off atlanta for two more years again. or if they do, they should give athens a shot.
edit: they definitely played Predicting the Rain, a huge highlight for me. They also played All I Saw Was You.
And there was a taper there. He said he was "doing it for whoever archives the slip." i'm assuming that's cleantone. so it's good to know he was there.
