whoops. I meant to edit a word in one of your posts Harry. Managed to delete it all together. Wasn't paying attention. Here is what it was. I was meaning to make Motherwolf one word. Which it is. Thanks for the information from the fest! I hope it all went over well.

Great shows! Brad was on fire, camp Harry was lots of fun... Other bands at the fest were wonderful too but I think the 2 slip sets were the highlights and Davis was right up there...

On the road home, getting ready ffor tour this week.

I recorded all the slip, Davis, and some Nathan and Marco too, mostly mics with sbd patches too!

one sick knave

one sick knave is one sick song... has some true potential... its lennonish without being too obvious and clearly shows alot of effort in the songwriting

nice work brad or nathan

Thanks for the lists Harry! Always tough to keep track of songs at the Harry sets....I'm assuming the "Little Suzie" cover is The Stones' "Dead Flowers". Nice to see "There's a Lie" back in there. and no Melina? so close to Nevada and all....

who would have thought we'd see SMMD switch up their set lists way more than the slip? ha

glad y'all had fun!

I was talking to Brad before the show tonight and he mentioned that D'Gary is now being called "Give the Devil Back His Heart." Not sure if that is a final title or not. He also said that D'Gary was an African musician.

nice, thanks for the update....D'Gary er..GTDBHH def has some african rhythms and ostinato in the guitar part. i like it

I like calling the new slow Cumulus intro "Cumulesque"...is that a taper thing or has the band addressed it too?

I just called it Cumulesque for the online seeds. It's definitly not Cumulus and "Intro" or "Jam" is boring. No BAM stamp of approval. I was somewhat surprised at first that they did it everynight.

D'Gary is the name of one of the musicians Bela Fleck collaborated with on the recent 'Throw Down Your Heart'... Connection?
