There had been a Slip NYE show on the calendar at the Middle East website but it seems to have disappeared :( We had been thinking of flying out, it would have been a nice little run with the NYC show but I am guessing it is cancelled now... Maybe they will reschedule somewhere else??

maybe they canceled NYE and decided to play the NYC January 2 gig at Sully Hall instead
maybe they wanna announce it through The Slip website first?

I was so pysched to see the Slip NYE show listed for the Middle East and then....gone...just like that. There are absolutely no worthwhile musical options in the northeast for New Years, nothing, nada, nothing. So when this show was listed, it was like a prayer being answered. Then God had second thoughts..... :cry:
