If you're really looking for more members, I would start by making it easier to get into the forums like having the main index page redirect straight to the forums. Having to type in bboard is likely too much for alot of people. alot of people are THAT lazy.

this board is lightning quick.

i have this feeling though that #112 is going to be the chosen one...The Postmaster. i will definitely get her/his replica jersey. she/he is going to take this to a whole new dimension. stay tuned...

Yeah, I'm sick of the stupid front page myself (now that you all mention it). Why don't you sketch out some alternatives (use this thread please) and we'll vote on the best design and put that up instead. This is a collaborative effort, so stick your heads and toes together (I type with my nose).

The front page should be artsy i agree but not to much memory, like not a flash production because that must take a long ass time to load on dialup.

I think Pat was talking about an actual link on the graffiti page, not just a thread? Correct me if I am wrong, Pat. Why not open this up to others? Is this a Slip club or a Slip forum? Lately the slip are barely a topic here.

it's a club, you mean to tell me you weren't hazed and initiated?!?

all kidding aside, the reason the link wasn't initially put out there in an aggressive manner was to keep use of the board a bit down while it was figured out what exactly the server could handle. the main function of this site is to host alot of the audio found on the slip's sounds page. this board is just a little addition to that and admin wanted to make sure that the board would not interfere with with peoples' ability to enjoy the music.

that said, ALL are welcome here. if you know of anyone who would be interested then don't hestitate to let them know.
