Dont Laugh
My friend and I recorded this yesterday. I played Lead and rhythm guitar, as well as bass. He played Drums. We both sang, but we penned lyrics in 5 minutes and basicly thats my first time writing lyrics.

hmmmmm...
Good effort... For sure some good and bad to learn from. I think it could have benefited from a little more continuity. It's kind of like you're searching for a groove but switch it up so much trying to find it that you never give the music a solid theme or feeling. There are some good ideas in it, maybe you should take what you like in it and expand those aspects in separate songs? And put a little more energy into your singing... Instead of feebly going "nanana", really try to have fun and belt it out, even if it sounds a little goofy. Like try saying, "hey, you over there" as if you're saying it to someone a foot away. Then compare it to trying to get someone's attention on the other side of the room- "Hey! You over there!". You'll notice the difference in how you assert yourself, and it's a good thing to apply to singing.
