so I just went and checked this site out for the first time and i guess you need to be invited to be able to use it? I couldn't even find the BitTorrents anyway, maybe you have to be logged in.....

there is an invite irc channel...I checked it out a few times, but basically you had to kiss ass for a long time until some great master of oink bestowed you with an invite.

I couldn't hang, so never got to check it out. If anyone ends up with one too many invites, I would love to check it out. I'll hook it up with organic fruits and veggies next time you're in the bay area. I'll do that regardless of oink actually. Any sliplive folks are welcome to some of my farm's bounty...you just got to meet me at the ferry building farmer's market.

do they kick you off if you havent used it in a while? im in a tough spot here, where i have my hard drive loaded to the tits, but my burner had gone all fucko on me and i cant get anything burned off... in fact, as i type this, i am at work, with my laptop beside me transferring part of 05.02.03 to a memory card so i can burn it on one of the computers here in my store... but thats beside the point... i havent been downloading anything off oink for a couple weeks, and it may be a little longer before i can again, being that i have to a) clean off some hard drive space, and b) likely send my laptop in for repair... what kinda timeline do you figure they throw down at you?

at any rate, i may have an invite or 2 up for grabs... pm me - but you gotta play by the rules!
